Personal Training

Want big results? Go small. Personal Training will spark your interest and revitalize your routine. Choose from classes like Rip- lates, Box-exercise, Band Burn, Running and many others. Training is progressive so each week you build on what you did the week before. Personal Training can occur in small groups so there is still plenty of individual attention to go around.
